Dortha was great in coordinating our cruise, as there were four couples that lived in various states. She coordinated with all of us efficiently and enthusiastically!! She was extremely helpful in addressing my personal needs due to being disabled. We could not have been better organized---everything went so smooth and we had a fabulous time!! None of us had ever been on a cruise and we had no idea where to begin, especially since we were in three different states. Dortha made everything effortless--which in turn made our trip so much fun!! I would contact Dortha again for any trip that I might need a travel agent to assist me.
Dortha at All About Travel is a Joy
Going to see Dortha at All About Travel is a joy. I feel welcomed appreciated. Our travel plans are always "made to order" and the details are always thought about and taken care of. Dortha makes traveling easier.
Emergency
We got stuck in Copenhagen due to the volcanic ash cloud in April. The airlines we were originally booked with re-scheduled us twice. After the second re-scheduling, Dortha arranged for another flight on another airline the next day, upgraded our reservations, reduced our flights from 3 to 2 and got the airline to agree to pay for the differential at no cost to our company. Instead of being delayed 8 days we were only delayed 4 days. This is an amazing feat given to the fact that European air travel had been nonexistent for several days.

Helping When Plans Change
I've used All About Travel on numerous occasions in the last decade. Larry has been the person who has helped me the majority of the time. He has always been courteous, patient and helpful. He has also been efficient in getting a good deal or helping when plans change.
I am NOT buying a loaf of bread
Of the 12 cruises I have taken, 6 of those plus 2 future cruises have been arranged by Laura. She does an excellent job and I trust her to ensure I have covered all the available options. I frequently call her with questions which she quickly answers, I am NOT buying a loaf of bread, so I NEVER would use Walmart, Costco and the travel websites. I mean if a problem arises who would I trust except my travel agent?
Knowledge and Experience
Dortha's knowledge and experience was very helpful in planning our stay and excursions in Boston and New England cruise and excursions. Everything went very well and allowed my wife and I to enjoy our trip without worry. We will choose "All About Travel" To assist us in the future.
