Dortha Vela began her career as a travel professional in 1963 and has owned and operated All About Travel since its establishment. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the travel agency and is dedicated to offering the best customer service to each client.
In addition to helping clients plan their family vacations, she works with many corporate accounts arranging travel for incentive and group meetings as well as the travel necessary to conduct their business.

Emergency

"We got stuck in Copenhagen due to the volcanic ash cloud in April. The airlines we were originally booked with re-scheduled us twice. After the second re-scheduling, Dortha arranged for another flight on another airline the next day, upgraded our reservations, reduced our flights from 3 to 2 and got the airline to agree to pay for the differential at no cost to our company. Instead of being delayed 8 days we were only delayed 4 days. This is an amazing feat given to the fact that European air travel had been nonexistent for several days."
