Dortha was great in coordinating our cruise, as there were four couples that lived in various states. She coordinated with all of us efficiently and enthusiastically!! She was extremely helpful in addressing my personal needs due to being disabled. We could not have been better organized---everything went so smooth and we had a fabulous time!! None of us had ever been on a cruise and we had no idea where to begin, especially since we were in three different states. Dortha made everything effortless--which in turn made our trip so much fun!! I would contact Dortha again for any trip that I might need a travel agent to assist me.

We got stuck in Copenhagen due to the volcanic ash cloud in April. The airlines we were originally booked with re-scheduled us twice. After the second re-scheduling, Dortha arranged for another flight on another airline the next day, upgraded our reservations, reduced our flights from 3 to 2 and got the airline to agree to pay for the differential at no cost to our company. Instead of being delayed 8 days we were only delayed 4 days. This is an amazing feat given to the fact that European air travel had been nonexistent for several days.
